If the product doesn’t match its description, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Digital products are non-refundable after download unless defective.

Services & Retainers

Custom advisory and retainer work is governed by its individual agreement. Partial refunds may apply for undelivered scope within an active engagement.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Consultations & Assessments

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Late cancellations and no-shows may forfeit the session fee.

Retainer Engagements

Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. Fees paid for the current period are non-refundable.
